3 children: 3, 7, and 9 years old
Wonderfully adventurous family seeking an exceptional Nanny/Governess to work with them in Florida, as well as travel around the US and abroad when needed.

All Nanny duties
Governess duties
Requirements:
Experienced is ESSENTIAL
Fluent English is essential
Driver essential
Regular travel with the family (across USA, plus via yacht to the Islands and abroad)
Teaching background ideal, huge plus if experienced in homeschooling
Able to seamlessly work alongside full time Nanny to ensure wraparound care for the children
Must be a proactive, organised, caring person who can take the reigns and take initiative
Must be able to work well with parents – mom is very hands-on and incredibly involved in all aspects of the children’s lives so caregiver should be able to pick up on mom’s needs and be an “extension” of the family’s existing parenting team
Confident in their ability to discipline if needed & to create structure and routine for the children
Active, outdoorsy person who doesn’t mind going fishing or hunting or snorkelling, who is also happy to attend high-end events with VIPs
Able to work within a fully staffed household
Like-minded in attitude – down to earth, international, formal/informal depending on setting
Caring, respectful and peaceful person with a mature approach and flexible attitude who is looking for a long-term, stable position
Piano teacher/player a big plus
Arts & crafts; tennis; golfing; other sports also huge bonus
Working hours: Mon-Fri 6am – 9pm (Split shifts with Nanny – TBD between yourselves)
Accommodation: Live-out normally; When travelling with family – live-in
Salary offered: $120k +
Benefits: Health insurance, 2 weeks vacation, overtime paid + more
Start date: ASAP – URGENT
