Job Description : The Pivotal Companies proudly creates out-of-the-box solutions for our clients that are brand-specific, through relentless perseverance to drive success, produce measurable results and balance business objectives that resonate with respective demographics.Your position is crucial to honoring and upholding the mission of the Pivotal Companies.SummaryAs a National Leasing Specialist, you will work to perform the specific duty of leasing on the property(s) you are assigned to with a goal to lease up the community. Your assignment will be contract-based for a specified period of time. 100% travel is required on a 10 days on and 4 days off schedule.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Greet prospective residents and show model, market ready units and common areasAssist prospective residents with completion of online applicationRespond to internet leads, answer prospect calls and conduct property tours following the guidelines outlined in the training materialsContribute to optimizing occupancy while maximizing leased rentUtilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios, and work to achieve and exceed budgeted occupancy percentagesMaintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competitionAssist with market surveys, as neededCollect deposit and/or fees associated with move-inAccurately prepare and have a thorough knowledge of all lease-related paperworkMaintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, and assist with other computer data entry as necessaryEducation/Experience and Technical Requirements:1-2 years of property management/leasing experience is requiredStrong communication skillsHigh energy with a desire to work in a fast-paced environmentA desire to help others and impact the communityAvailability to work evenings and weekends as requiredAbility to read and write English fluentlyAbility to perform basic to intermediate mathComputer literacy requiredJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $1,250.00 per weekSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilityEducation:High school or equivalent (Required)Experience:Property Management: 1 year (Required)License/Certification:Driver’s License (Required)Work Location: On the road
