We are seeking O365 administrator with at least 3 years of Mail Server solutions Experience like Exchange servers, Office 365, Google Email, etc..
Job Description:
1. Good Understanding and troubleshoot of email clients (MS Outlook 2010,2013 and 2016, Office 365)
2. Good Knowledge and troubleshoot of Exchange servers (Exchange server 2013, 2016 and 1019)
SMTP
Email receive/send connectors
Email relay connector
3. Strong Knowledge of office 365 Administration, licenses and limitations
4. Very good understanding of Mail flow parameters
5. Strong Knowledge of Active Directory (windows server 2012, 2016 and 2019)
6. Good understanding of different server roles (DNS,DHCP, active directory sites and services, AD Partitions, FSMO roles)
7. Knowledge of spam filtering solutions. (Proofpoint, Barracuda etc)
8. Hands-on of email migration from on-premises Mail server to Office 365
9. Google Suite for business Administration and Configuration
10. Knowledge of Global DNS accounts and administration
11. Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and integration with O365 and Hybrid config services
12. Knowledge of Office 365 and Google Backups
13. Troubleshoot end user connectivity issues with cloud services
14. Maintain a highly secure system through proper system configuration and access monitoring
Requirements
Basic Knowledge of Network and Virtualization (VMware and HyperV (2012, 2016 and 2019)
Soft skills – Excellent written and spoken communication skills, willingness to learn, team player
Graduation – B.Sc/ BCA/ B.E (Information Technology, Computer Science)
If a BA/ B.Com/ B.E (Electronics & Communication) graduate, the candidate must have done MCSA/ CCNA course/ certification
Certifications – MCSE good to have
