As of today, expanded operations includes Truckload, Flatbed LTL/Final Mile & Asset-Based Capacity Solutions.Job Description:Looking for a well-spoken, customer service driven person to join the Evans team. We need an enthusiastic individual who can assist with client issues and can offer quick and accurate solutions in a timely manner. Main function to handle customer service interactions through telephone communications with some face-to-face and email communications. Interactions include general company phone calls, new agent partners, and internal employees. The candidate must be able to multi-task daily. He/she will be required to work independently as well as a member of a team. The individual hired for this position will be well-trained in the company’s policies and systems.Job Functions:Primary role will be working with new clients, located nationally, joining our Network.
