We will soon be #1 with your role in this key position!We need someone with a forward-thinking, organized mindset to help us as we grow to the next level. We currently have over 1200 recurring customers with 50 technicians and plan 50% growth over the next year. Finding better processes and implementing will be key to success in this position. We are looking for someone that is collaborative, open and honest, transparent, and community driven. Happiness and culture are ESSENTIAL and are our greatest assets! You will be the driver of this in the Operations Department!You will be responsible for: Creatively handling customer experience and managing customer attrition.Maintaining employee engagement while increasing productivity and quality.Leading a large department that consists of two managers, two supervisors, two schedule/logistics coordinators, a hiring/training manager and over 50 Home Cleaning Technicians.Maintaining logistical efficiency with routes of over 100 homes per day.Owning your duties and responsibilities with a creative approach and leadership mentality.Driving our culture forward by introducing and implementing process improvement ideas, being an example to others and conducting yourself with integrity and optimism!Compensation is comprised of a base salary and bonus potential.If you feel you’d be a great fit, we’d love you to apply to come on board with us as the Manager of Operations!
