Job Description : Overview: Answers calls that come into the Operations Service Center, creates work orders for operations events, and coordinates with Service Mangers on technician assignments. Provides level 1 IT support when needed for field applications.
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to:
Respond to and dispatch calls in a courteous, professional mannerCreate service requests and work with managers to assign techniciansInteract and communicate with management, team members, and customersDemonstrate basic proficiency with data management and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Knowledge:
Basic knowledge of work orders
Minimum Education and Certification:
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum Experience:
None required
Leadership:
No leadership responsibilities
