Job Description : We are a fast growing Home Medical Equipment company with a need for a Patient Care Coordinator. The Patient Care Coordinator will work with patients and referral sources to provide the best patient care experience. The Patient Care Coordinator is focused on the details of monthly complex resupply orders, insurance verification, coordinating delivery of supplies, building relationships with referral sources, and follow-up as necessary. This is the position for you if you like working in a fast paced team environment, enjoy detailed work, have excellent communication skills and enjoy helping others. A base knowledge of health care and/or medical insurance is helpful, along with computer skills.A&P Quality Care Medical is a locally owned and operated company based in Austin, TX.
