Job Description : We are a same day surgery center looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Patient Transporter to join our team.ResponsibilitiesTransport patients throughout facility, pre and post operatively.Assist patient with needs (personal hygiene, using the restroom, grooming etc.)Assist nursing staff in administering basic treatmentsEnsure rooms have adequate patient care suppliesAssist patients with particular issues or needsSkillsProven experience in patient careExcellent knowledge of patient assistance and care proceduresWorking knowledge of relevant equipment (catheters, needles atc.)Committed to health and safety standardsEmpathetic and approachableSuccessful completion of PCT training program with certification is a plusCPR certifiedBilingual (English/Spanish)Please submit resume for immediate consideration.Job Type: Full-timeMedical Specialty:SurgerySchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: One location
