Job Description : Agave Pediatrics is seeking a talented Medical Office Supervisor to step into our fast-paced facility!Summary: The Site Supervisor assists with the daily operations of their location, including but not limited to the supervision of the staff, smooth functioning of the office and enforcement of the decisions from the administration.Position Responsibilities/Duties- Knowledge of regulations related to AHCCCS and commercial insurance.- Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and regulations.- Experience using healthcare EMR systems, preferably e-Clinical Works- Knowledge of all immunizations, Commercial and VFC Immunizations as well as ASIS- Managing inventory and all Immunization Reconciliation- Monthly ordering for all areas of the office- Knowledge of Excel and Word- Monthly reports- Strong knowledge of scheduling patients- Monitor provider schedules to ensure optimal utilization for patient appointments- Resolve patient inquiries and concerns in a caring and compassionate manner- Communicate professionally with physicians, administrative staff, patients, and family members of patients.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:- 2 + yrs. of experience in a medical office setting with at least 1 year of experience managing a team of 10 or more- Able to work additional hours on Saturdays (REQUIRED)- All Candidates must be able to pass a back ground check- e-Clinical works a + but not a requirement- Must be able to learn at an extremely fast pace- Large Facility Staff management experience requiredpay: DOEJob Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offMedical Specialty:PediatricsSchedule:10 hour shift8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilityEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Management Experience: 1 year (Required)Work Location: One location
