What part will you play?
In this new role, you will play a key role in championing new ways of working & empowering people to embrace new opportunities. In particular:
Mentoring on self-organization, collaboration, decision-making, feedback culture, growth talks, managing pushback, etc. You will work with individuals/ groups/ teams to analyze current situation & challenges and offer facilitation, mentoring, or coaching to achieve their goals.
Having capability to enable others to use Agile principles & other methodologies. Design & facilitate workshops/ learning opportunities (e.g: moderation on team structure, decision-making, retrospective, reviews, dailies & weeklies) for all layers of the organization to support the ongoing transformation of GMM and its way of working.
Guiding the organization towards a new mindset:
Drive global initiatives & foster a community to strengthen collaborative working & ownership.
Promote global collaboration by capturing learnings across the organization and disseminate them accordingly (learning from each other & learning together)
Internal consulting on iterative organizational development. Work closely as a sparring partner with all layers of the organization including the Leadership Team to provide insight from the organization and to identify areas of growth and opportunity
Be part of Siemens and external communities to exchange & learn about new trends. Share new trends and collaborative tools to ensure the organization is at the forefront of industry.
What you need to make real what matters.
Masters’ degree in business administration, psychology or a related field
1-2 years of professional experience in mentoring, facilitation with extensive knowledge in coaching techniques
Very good understanding of agile principles & other methodologies, such as systematic thinking, design thinking, etc.
Solid experience in tools for modern collaboration – communication formats (retrospective, reviews, daily’s and weekly’s), decision making methods for individuals and groups, feedback mechanism, etc.
You are a people person with strong interpersonal skills to build trust & psychological safety for others. Having a high emotional intelligence to demonstrate empathy & sensitivity to diversity while having the ability to attentively listen for underlying feelings, vibes, dynamic of individuals and groups.
You are a self-starter, reliable and able to navigate ambiguity to work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
You have the ability to build relationships, network and foster collaboration across the organization.
You have an excellent communication skill to facilitate, mentor, coach an individual or groups, including managing difficult conversation.
You have what it takes to conceptualize, drive, and execute ideas to improve collaboration and help the organization to embrace a new mindset.
You are open minded and curious with sound decision making capabilities.
You possess solid organizational skills to comprehend & analyze complex/ complicated situation.
You are able to see the connect the dots and understand the big picture.
You have the capability of handling the ambidexterity of economic requirements and individual emotions.
You are able to demonstrate self-leadership and become a role model & catalyst of change in the organization.
You are confident to work with all layers of the organization, able to influence others regardless of hierarchy/ authority, and manage stakeholders.
