Job Description : Job Responsibilities: Interact with business customers (internal and external) to understand and document their business processes and requirementsCreate business requirements documents, system configuration documents, detailed functional specification documents, test plans and test cases, user training documents and implementation documentation as necessaryWork with development team to design and implement system modifications, works with QA team to get the product tested and therefore ensures successful delivery of the work products.Develop strong relationships with business users in all HR Functional areasCoordinates work across diverse teams globally, including vendors that support HR business functionsDevelops functional test plans. Can coordinate user acceptance testing and guides business users in testingCan successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneouslyParticipate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to the teamWork on cross functional projects with groups such as HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting teamsJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractSalary: Up to $140,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftWork Location:One locationWork Remotely:Temporarily due to COVID-19Work Location: One location
