This is a rare opportunity in a highly desirable, top-tier practice.We are seeking a Practice Office Supervisor for our Waco Office. Responsibilities and Duties: Your days will go by leading the team and working closely with the doctors to attend the day-to-day operations. This is a busy office and we are requiring someone who has a sense of urgency and fast learner with either dental, medical, or oral surgery experience. Also works with leadership to implement and oversee customer service initiatives, business strategies, budgets, HR functions, and fiscal improvements. Primary duties include, but are not limited to:Qualifications and Skills: The most important requirement of this position is the ability to genuinely serve our patients on every level, including the ability to enhance patient satisfaction and increase office efficiency. You must be able to positively impact patients, coworkers, referring offices and the practice as a whole. We have found that successful candidates have the following work and educational histories:Accounts Receivable: (Co responsibility for financial performance of revenue cycle, including collecting at time of service, accurate insurance benefits, patient education, treatment plan presentation. Timely insurance claims submission, coding overview, precertification and predetermination processes.)Compliance (Ensures regulatory compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, labor laws, and other local, state and federal regulations.)Customer Service (Ensures patient and referral satisfaction, including troubleshooting complaints and developing improvements to prevent recurrence. Manages people and processes to achieve optimal service levels and availability for referring offices)Human Resources (Interviews, hires and trains new team members. Conducts performance reviews. Counsels and mentors team members. Supervises and maintains accurate time clocks)Operations (all operations to insure optimal service and growth, including schedule, production, collections)Other Duties as required, to run a highly productive and efficient practice, such as filling in for absent employees, or as assigned.Records, Data and Reporting (User administration for Practice Management software, 3rd party lending, coordination with outside vendors. Creates monthly practice KPIs. Tracks expenses and submits expense reports. Maintains all practice records, including patient, financial, and all other documents necessary for audit trail and compliance.Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefit package, retirement plan, PTO time, paid holidays, and medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
