Job Description : Sign On Bonus: $400 (After 6 Months)Referral Bonus: $700 (After 6 Months)9 Openings (2nd & 3rd Shift)2nd Shift – 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM3rd Shift – 10:30 PM to 7:00 AMStarting pay of $18.00/hr + $1 shift differential,advancing to $24.00/hr upon completion of 6 self-directed/paced learning modules. 1.5x overtime pay. Uniforms provided.ResponsibilitiesReporting to your Shift Supervisor, you will perform various tasks related to ink manufacturing.Tasks will include ink batch production, re-packing of materials, help to maintain an accurate inventory and contributing to a successful team environment.Longer hours and weekend work may be required as job demands.Required Experience: 2 Years in a manufacturing environment preferredOperation of a forklift, both stand up and sit down is preferred; training and certification provided.Basic math skillsGood verbal communications skillsAbility to work independently and execute strenuous work including repetitive moves such as lifting, pushing and pulling objects up to 50 poundsAttention to detail regarding daily housekeeping of area and all equipmentMaintaining a good attendance recordFlint Group offers a training program where you will learn ink industry production proficiencies.
