Job Description : Works with jurisdiction staff to develop and implement/enhance systems and processes to ensure consistent, high-quality project management.Fosters and maintains peer-to-peer relationships with subject matter experts, donors, partners, and other stakeholders aimed at efficient and effective program implementation.Manages onsite and remote employees.Serves as programmatic liaison for and between internal and external stakeholders.Manages significant matters such as project development, project budgeting, and auditing/evaluating project impact and performance.Formulates project-related goals, objectives, operating policies, strategic plans, guidelines, governance, standards, and priorities to ensure consistency with departmental standard operating procedures.Contributes to resource mobilization efforts for the assigned project in consultation and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Prepares, finalizes, and submits narrative and financial reports or updates to donors in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Prepares, negotiates, and monitors project-related contracts and agreements.Serves as the contact person in the absence of team members, in this capacityRepresents the CDC Foundation and jurisdiction at technical, policy, and strategic planning meetings with internal and external stakeholders and evaluate strategies that meet public health missions and goals.Keep abreast of and develop specialized knowledge of significant COVID-19 related datasets and vaccine data.Support projects that enhance public health/public safety collaborations through the identification of appropriate local partners, qualitative and quantitative data collection, and dissemination of project findingsSkill in managing a staff of professional and support positions to achieve program goalsSkill in program analysis and evaluationSelf-motivated with exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively with technical experts, administrators, external partners, and the publicExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workExceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong cultural competency and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in an environment with diverse cultures, multiple perspectives, and competing needsAbility to anticipate roadblocks and independently resolveAbility to prioritize and coordinate multiple facets of project development and implementationJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $95,000.00 – $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)License/Certification:Driver’s License (Preferred)Work Location: One location
