Job Description : Program Supervisor/House Supervisor needed for DCS licensed group home. This position entails case management working with abused/neglected male youth in group home setting including direct care. MA preferred, BA acceptable, minimum 4+ years experience in group home setting. 21 plus age required, valid driver’s license, Fingerprint Clearance card, clear background check. CPI, CPR/First Aid preferred in addition.Looking for high energy individual with multi-tasking ability and strong passion to help male youth.This position will entail supervision of staff as well as youth in the home. This includes case management, CFTs, IEPs, med management, staff meetings, report writing, IR writing, DCS compliance. This person will work closely with Program Manager and Owner to assure quality of care to youth in our care.
