This includes helping them use our platform’s tools to source their own experts as well as engaging experts on their behalf.The role involves: Understanding what your users are trying to achieveResearching their problemIdentifying people who can help with their problemEngaging those people and onboarding them onto the platformSupporting the customer and expert to build strong relationshipsOver time, the role evolves into user management and later an account management position as you build up stronger relationships with your clients.
