If you are interested, please reply back or reach me on (571)-748-4811Job Title: Project Manager- HealthcareLocation: New JerseyDuration: 12+ MonthsJob Description: Overall IT experience up to 10-12 yearsThe resource will exhibit strong analytical skills contributing to the identification and analysis of risks, issues, lessons learned, action items, technical team performance metrics, and will maintain crosswalks, and associated documentation.This resource will interface with Division Leadership and NJ DHS Subject Matter Experts (SME) as required to complete the work.The selected candidate must be a results-oriented individual with a very strong work ethic and must be able to demonstrate excellent, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.This position will be responsible for working with senior-level business executives, IT personnel, IT Vendor, and business program resources to execute project requirements and manage stakeholder expectations.Supervise the day-to-day activities of project managers, and related personnel.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: authoring project management artifactsServing as an IT management liaison to the business client,Leading the analysis of the legacy system environments with the technical team.Oversee decommission and integration activities in concert with the systems integratorEnsuring that project plans are maintained with deliverables being completed timely and accurately,Supervising staff (Contractual staff),Conducting formal presentations, coordinating with vendors, associated business, and technical stakeholdersMust be able to demonstrate excellent program management, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.Responsible for working with both senior-level business executives and IT personnel to define and execute program requirements and manage stakeholder expectations.Responsible for the leadership, direction and oversight of project team(s) and vendor related activities tied to this area of the program.Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $55.00 – $62.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Florham Park, NJ 07932: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Project management: 10 years (Preferred)SME: 6 years (Preferred)Healthcare management: 4 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
