Job Summary
We are looking for someone who has a focus on high-quality software releases. If you are detail-oriented and highly motivated, then this position in our rapidly growing company will be more than rewarding. We are looking for people with 2+ years of experience for this position.
Qualifications:
Engineering background in fields such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Test Engineering, or similar experience
Passionate about learning new technology and staying current with QA trends
Experience testing software, automation for front end software applications, and backend API testing
Tools such as Postman, Cypress, Selenium, or similar
High attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced software environment
Ability to collaborate with a variety of individuals. You can iterate and work with users and non-technical stakeholders and understand how your testing decisions impact them
Demonstrated ability to learn and work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
Responsibilities:
Our testers put their skills to use supporting and testing web and software applications. This position will involve the following activities:
Work with teams which include developers, analysts, and business owners, to deliver high-quality software releases
Collaborate closely with development and business owners to understand problems and test in an appropriate way
Create test plans that go beyond the normal scope which lead to high-quality releases
Pairing with other QA staff to make improvements to current automated tests and deployment cycle
Make recommendations to improve quality assurance methods
