The Quality Supervisor is responsible for managing the lab technicians, syrup blenders, sanitation crew and the development of the quality team on quality standards.The Quality Supervisor will Set the “New Standard for Excellence” throughout our organization. This will be achieved by being “ Great” at doing the “Basics”: Personal Safety, Food Safety, Quality, Service and Cost.Provides technical and process knowledge for water treatment/wastewater, product batching product testing, package testing, sanitation and supplier capabilityProtect Pepsi-Cola Trademark and ensure product integrityMonitor and develop corrective action plans to improve quality and consumer performanceCoach and train Quality personnel to develop leadership, technical competence and effectively utilize system toolsManage internal audit program and compliance to GMPsAlign operations on quality standardsMonitor category complianceEnsure compliance with Health & Safety regulationsOrder and Manage inventory levels of raw materials such as concentrate, HFCS, CO2, and nitrogenReview lab records for completenessVerify lab equipment is operationalMaintain Hold trackerEnsure that specific Food Safety – Prerequisite Programs are in place and functioningUnderstand shift requirements and adjust batching and sanitation accordinglyThis position is for 2nd or 3rd shift.This position has a salary in USD and is paid bi-weekly unless stated otherwise. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Benefits subject to elections and eligibility.Qualifications / Requirements :3 years supervisory experienceComputer literate in Excel, Word and PowerPointStrong Analytical CapabilityUnderstands statistics and can coach statistical principlesMicrobiology and sanitation backgroundAbility to lead and influence othersUnderstands GMP requirementsAbility to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekendsThe Quality Supervisor is designated to cover for the absence of the Quality ManagerWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
