Job Description : Our client, Premier Outdoor Living, is hiring a Recruiter to join their team! This full-time position is responsible for leading recruiting and onboarding activities to meet or exceed HR metrics. The Recruiter is responsible for:Partnering with hiring managers to assess talent needs and effectively fill open positionsEnsuring a great candidate experience is provided at every opportunityLeading the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open positionDriving a thorough interview and selection process in collaboration with the hiring manager for each open positionResearching and implementing new sources for active and passive candidate recruitingBuilding channels, including internet sites, other media, and networking with businesses, schools, and other organizations, to find qualified candidatesCreating our employer brand and drive pay-per-click campaigns with the support of the internal marketing teamActing as super-user of applicant tracking system for posting, updating and processing candidates including training new usersDeveloping a pool of qualified candidates in advance of needOrganizing and leading career fairs for recruiting and company recognitionConducting regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or equivalent experience3 or more years in Recruiting, preferably in a high-volume and/or manufacturing environmentProven relationship management and collaboration experience with all areas of the businessExperience in offer negotiation, employment legislation and employment market trendsExperience with social media and other recruiting technology including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and InstagramExperience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or HRISHigh level of attention to detailKnowledge of regulatory compliance issues and best practices related to recruitingFlexibility to adjust to meet business demands in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteBenefitsA full benefits package is included for all full-time eligible staff.Work can be done remotely.
