Position : Relationship Manager
Job Description : Do you love meeting people, taking on new challenges, and seeing your hard work pay off? We’re in search of a driven, motivated relationship manager to help our team achieve our goals. Our company buys properties, fixes them up, and then sells them. You’ll be responsible for acquiring these properties through relationships, networking, and other resources. You should love talking to people, but also be detail-oriented and goal-minded.
Compensation:
$90,000+
Responsibilities:
Acquire fix and flip properties
Prospect for new leads and close on them
Create strong relationships with other investors, wholesalers, real estate agents, disposition agents, and others in the real estate industry by reaching out directly to them and scheduling meetings such as coffee, lunch, stopping by their office, bringing them into our office, etc.
Be known as an expert in the industry
Attend events
Be active on social media
Get on buyer’s lists. Analyze any properties sent to you
Consistently check other lists for any properties, including social media, MLS, sheriff sales, craigslist
Continue company growth by identifying new opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation
Hit monthly gross profit goals
Qualifications:
Exemplary communication skills and analytical skills
Active (or can be) on social media, especially Facebook and Instagram
Can easily introduce yourself to new people
1+ years of client relationship experience
Proven track record of sales/acquisitions success
Real Estate license is NOT required
Passion for the real estate industry is helpful
Do not apply if:

Commission-based pay.
