Job Description : We are looking for a Retail Customer Support Representative to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our company. In this role, you will connect with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. The ability to create personal connections with consumers and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.Retail Customer Support Representative Responsibilities Include: Provide customers with products and solutions which helps to simplify and organize their lives.Generate sales by using your knowledge of the products and services promotedProvide an outstanding customer experienceMaintain personal and productivity goalsMaintain an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product / trendsContributes to a positive and inclusive work environmentCandidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out.
