What will you be doing?
Be the liaison (First Point of Contact) between HQ in Spain, retail team, and ensuring adequate and efficient information flow.Working with/reporting to the retail country director and the leadership team, while implementing Human Resources People Strategy to assist attracting the best talent.
Develop, motivate, and retain retail collaborators, supporting the business to reach standards of excellence and goal completion to the assign market.Ensure that the market’s HR/People strategy is executed the most professional manner while following guidelines/policies.
As an HR representative, you must ensure that retail HR/People matter are managed properly – must have strong problem-solving skills; quick to find solutions.
Ensure that HR/People policies are in accordance with the global HR/People framework of the company.
Must adapt to the market’s reality to maximize business results and provide retail collaborators with the best experience.Must follow hiring strategies (internal and external) to ensure all key roles are covered in short and midterms.Responsible for interviewing, onboarding compliance, and making sure that important trainings are in place to ensure highest level of associate satisfaction rates.
What do you Bring?
5+ Years in Human Resources Management AND Retail experienceHigh school diploma/Degree in College/UniversityExcellent attention to detail, problem solving skills, and a strict professional performanceExperience with ensuring store vacancies is filled in a timely manner with high caliber of candidates by providing guidance and training to store managers when needed
Be the ambassador of and spread the culture and values throughout every store of the company in the marketEnsuring high levels of engagement from all retail team-members
