Sales Opportunity
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE;
Must have a proven sales history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Must be committed to helping every customer improve the quality of their lives through our products
Believe in the benefit of the product and “Why” we do what we do
Have already participated in formal sales training
Be highly goal motivated
Have had a minimum of 2 years commission based retail sales experience
Be able to work with others to achieve a common goal
Create and contribute to a positive culture
Participate in our highly effective sales training
Be able to easily and quickly create trusting relationships
Have excellent listening and analytical skills
Be able to work with others to achieve a common goal
Present themselves with professionalism and confidence
Maintain a focus on learning and development
Have high energy with a positive attitude
Have a flexible work schedule including Saturdays
COMPENSATION
Highly competitive compensation plan includes; Hourly Base Pay, plus Commission and Monthly, Quarterly and Annual bonuses
The unlimited earning potential with our uncapped commissions and bonuses
Promotion from within and other advancement opportunities
Guaranteed hourly pay during the training period
Salary: $50,000 to $85,000++ realistic earning potential
