Job Description : Macon Pace Inc is looking to fill a Temporary Revenue Auditor position at the Ben Franklin Bridge Administration Building.This temporary position will be a long-term assignment.The temporary employee will work Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm.The successful candidate for this temporary position will be performing the following duties:Review and assess the accuracy, application, and reporting of ETC toll revenue, specifically pertaining to delayed transactions and image re-reviews by adjusting potential system reported tolling issues where indicated, researched, and confirmed.Review video of ETC transactions using Digital Video Audit Systems for violation and mismatches (tag vs. vehicle) for transponder encoding discrepancies and the use of Vector for image re-reviews.Assist and coordinate with Finance on Customer Service Center (CSC) and customer inquiries into E-Z Pass transaction discrepancies pertaining to delayed transactions and image re-reviews. Finance shall be the sole liaison with the CSC.Review and compile data and reports surrounding the DRPA E-Z Pass Senior Citizen Discount Program enrollments and general program activity including approved account credits due to operational processing.Assist in running and assembling unaudited traffic reports to compare to prior reporting periods for Toll Managers, Bridge Directors, and COO. Includes hourly manual and ETC operational reports using traffic data for daily, 24 hour periods and ad hoc reports for use by Operations management.Be aware and identify discrepancies and trends involving the Digital Video Audit System ETC reviews and report suspicious ETC activity to supervision / management.
