Roles and Responsibilities
Check pending cases details and give dispatch instructions to daman.
Make DSR (Daily sale report) of sales staff i.e. daily Market Visit Report
After making DSR report Check salesperson wise suma punching orders details
Make Dispatch report (Day wise Sales Report from SAP)
Prepare Area wise, Distributor wise Orders Report
Follow up with sales team regarding Target vs Ach. qty /Orders punching
Update DSR Report, Dispatch report, orders report, Collection report to seniors.
Make outstation Sales person Advance tour voucher get audited &submit to account department for clearance
Follow with the Account team any pending matters related to Distributor claims, sales team vouchers.
Follow up with team regarding distributor payment due/overdue.
Create a New Party code in SAP.
Coordinate with Merchandise Team & Daman Day-wise inward report for DC preparation and instruct to DC Person for packing.
Target vs Achievement report Distributor wise provides to the sales team.
Make Order vs Dispatch Report and send it to the Sales team by Mail
Outstanding details send to distributor/Salesperson by mail.
Skill Required: – Good Written and Verbal Communication, Computer & Microsoft office Advance Knowledge.
