This is an excellent opportunity to join a company in an exciting period of growth and to make a real difference.Job RoleWe are looking for a Business Development Executive to onboard all the diamond suppliers from Surat. We are experiencing a strong period of growth creating the opportunity for a motivated individual to join our Supplier Management Team. This position will be working closely with the IT team to ensure the suppliers stocks are up online on Nivoda.ResponsibilitiesMeeting and calling all the diamond suppliers in Surat to register them on NivodaThe end goal is to onboard all the suppliers from the SuratWorking closely with Nivoda tech team and the suppliers to get their stock liveHelp the suppliers with their queriesAchieve the target rate of onboardingBuild the relationship with the diamond suppliers in SuratMake sure all the suppliers are on our termsBringing back the old suppliers on Nivoda termsRequirementsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsCustomer focus and result orientedFast learner, Driven individualHands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (eg: inbound, outbound, field sales)Track record of achieving sales quotasExperience with CRM software.Fluency in MS Excel.Understanding of sales performance metricsAbility to deliver engaging presentationsGets work done, follows through on tasksSpeaks GujaratiCompensation – upto 7 lpa (depending on what the candidate brings to the table)Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: ₹35,000.00 – ₹55,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftExperience:Field sales: 2 years (Preferred)
