Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking a Security Coordinator 4 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in San Diego, CA.
The successful candidate will join our Security team and will be part of the Security Operations. Duties include, but not limited to:
Responsible for the day-to-day of processing incoming visits for guests and contractors to gain escorted or unescorted access to our facility
Administer and validate citizenship of new and returning contingent workers
Conduct and maintain badge inventory records
Process and maintain restricted equipment forms
Review weekly termination logs and collect keys prior to departure & ensure badges has been deactivated
Assists higher-level specialists with the implementation and execution of personnel security matters in accordance with applicable regulations, policies, directives, and issuance’s
In addition, the candidate will be expected to perform additional duties and responsibilities as directed by higher-level specialists and management.
Support all aspects of the Enterprise Security UL 2050 program
Assist with changing combination
Parking request
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
Candidate must have and be able to maintain an Active FINAL U.S. Government security clearance at the DoD Secret level with a background investigation date within 6 years
Candidate must have 6 years of Security or related Administrative experience OR additional education in lieu of experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Possess a final Top Secret security clearance

Salary Range: $58,400 USD – $97,400 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
