We are hiring for Unarmed Healthcare Security Officers for a facility in Colorado Springs CO.
This position pays $17.00 per hour with benefits. Ask about our Referral Bonus!
12 hour shifts with consistent 3 or 4 days offs rotating every other week.
****Please Note: Selected candidate will be required to complete medical screenings, to include showing proof of Covid-19 vaccination ******

What You’ll Do
Maintain the security and safety of the hospital community
Patrol the facility, ensuring the continual safety and security of all hospital staff, patients and visitors
Maintain a physical presence within the hospital facility; serving as a visible deterrent to illegal activity
Positively contribute to the overall patient experience by providing superior customer care
Provide an empathetic approach to managing patient aggression
Provide supervision for at-risk patients
Keep accurate logs throughout your scheduled shift
Write detailed and accurate reports outlining any incidents that occur on the property
Respond to emergency situations that require security assistance
What You Need
Keen attention to detail
Superior Integrity in all situations
Ability to stay calm in high pressure/stress situations
Effective verbal and written communication skills
A desire to learn about healthcare security
Passion for helping people and creating a safe and happy environment
To be at least 18 years of age
A High School Diploma or GED.
