Position : Security Officer (part-time)
Job Description : Security Officer (Part time- 2 Nights a week)Job Summary: Responsible for the protection, safeguarding and security of assets, personnel, and Guests on our grounds.Essential Functions: Report to the Resort Security ManagerPatrol property on foot/vehicle- securing personnel, assets, buildings, and gates in all weather conditionsInvestigate and take the appropriate lawful action as authorized by the resort on accidents, incidents, trespassing, suspicious activities, safety and fire incidents.Monitor surveillance equipment / perform building and equipment inspectionsComplete daily reports including relevant information, observations, surveillance footage, and signaturesSecure all doors, windows, and exits, depending on shiftEducation or Formal Training: State Issued driver’s licenseHigh School Degree or equivalentLaw enforcement/Security training not required but a plusExperience: Experience in a security positionWorking Environment: Indoor and outdoor work in a mountain environment with variable and often extreme weather conditions.Must be able to work weekends and holidays if neededPhysical Activities: Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.Job Type: Part-timeSchedule:8 hour shiftWork Location: One location
