Take ownership for customer installations and planning
As the Service Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery and contract adherence. You will also ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue and profit opportunities. You will coordinate job activities across the Completions and Well Intervention product lines to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:
Coordinating job and field personnel activities to support and deliver flawless execution for our customers
Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables and manage the job cycle process
Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon.
Communicate effectively across sales, AMO and other functions to ensure jobs are prepared, executed and close out properly
Providing technical support to field operations
Applying Health, Safety and Environment standards and procedures in all situations
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
5 years of prior experience in Completions & Wellbore Intervention product lines (Liner Hangers, Fishing, Casing Exits, Thru Tubing, Packers)
Effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams
The ability to manage multiple project and deadlines
Solid experience building relationships and collaborating to resolve problems
