Job Description : Seeking a creative Social Media Coordinator and Content Creator to manage our various social media accounts. We’re looking for someone who can elevate the brand of our brokerage and that of our builder accounts through the day to day management of creating, scheduling, and managing content on multiple social media accounts and platforms.The successful candidate should have an intimate understanding of how all relevant social media platforms work, be able to successfully apply the latest social techniques to real estate platforms to raise engagement and support our clients and new home builders. We work in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running as soon brought training is completed. Applicants with experience on creative teams and working in a similar existing position will be given prime consideration. Please supply any social media accounts that can serve as a demonstration of the candidate’s ability to perform this job for review during the interview if available.Responsibilities included but not limited to: Content Management Generation, photo/copy editing, publishing and sharing of engaging contentCreate monthly content calendars for agents, manage and communicate with agents about content creationPrevious knowledge of Facebook Ads, SEO, WordPress, Agorapulse, Basecamp, and Canva is a plusAbility to deliver creative content (text, image, and video) on the flyAbility to use Canva to design social media graphicsProposing new ideas and concepts for Social Media content for multiple social media accountsImplement/maintain the content calendar to manage content and plan specific and timely marketing campaignsIdentify and maintain content with help of the marketing teamSuggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitionsOversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and product development to ensure brand consistencyStay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.Maintain blogs provided contentAnalyze and report audience information and demographics, as well as the success of existing social media projectsSet specific objectives and report on ROIAssist in Graphic Design brokerage duties when necessaryRequirements: Excellent copywriting skills (strong writing, grammar, and language skills)Excellent communication skillsDeep understanding of social platforms with ability to host monthly trainings and consult agents as neededKnowledge and Familiarity of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere Pro.Must have the ability to drive the ATL area on occasion to generate content in communities/cover events.This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is: Adaptable/flexible — enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in directionAchievement-oriented — enjoys taking on challenges, even if they might failInnovative — prefers working in unconventional ways or on tasks that require creativityJob Type: Full-time/salaried with Paid Time OffSchedule: Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m – 5.pm.
