If so, we’d love to talk to you!Main Event is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager who is passionate about the social space, current on social trends, excited about building social strategy, and has a creative side that isn’t afraid to jump in and create their own content on occasion. With the ever increasing role that social media is playing in consumer’s lives, it is critical that Main Event finds a relevant way to be apart of that space in a meaningful way. That’s why we need someone like you to come in and own organic social media & influencer programs from beginning to end!Work with Director of Brand Marketing to define organic social media strategy including overarching content vision & measurable KPIs as well as channel-specific nuances.Manage performance analysis and content optimization for campaigns across all social channels.Recommend monthly content calendar that combines national calendar messaging, local activities, culturally relevant & brand-building content.Brief and manage social agency on all content execution.Engage with social following on consistent basis to build brand loyalty (not responsible for customer service issues, but looking for someone creative to jump in and have fun banter with our followers).Create content on occasion for real-time needs and/or live events.Manage growing influencer program including influencer strategy & how it fits with organic social strategy plus planning and execution of influencer visits, events, and kits.Work with the wider marketing team and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of creative messaging to target consumers within the social world.Be an internal consulting resource on social media specific information to key leaders across the organization.Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities3+ years of experience in a social media-planning role at an agency or within a client organizationExperience working on consumer and/or tech brands developing and executing multimedia strategiesStrong organization, planning and presentation skillsHighly creative with strong skills in organizing teams into actionAbility to sell new ideas to leadership teamAbility to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong analytical skills; comfortable with syndicated dataStrong foundation of marketing and marketing fundamentalsAttention to detail – ability to flawlessly manage multiple programs.Ability to work in fast-paced environment; accountable and flexibleStrong problem solving abilities; works well with ambiguityDemonstrates the ability to balance immediate and long-term priorities: seeks to meet critical objectives while considering the impact of those decisions and activities on the ability to achieve long-term goalsMain Event Entertainment is an Equal Opportunity EmployerJob Type: Full-time
