Position : Social Media Manager
Job Description : The Role:
The Social Media Manager will develop, execute, and maintain our social communications strategy. You will curate and develop engaging, relevant content as well as manage our ambassador program. We are looking for someone who knows the hottest trends in social media and is excited to bring a fresh perspective to our social media platforms. Do you know what works, what doesn’t, and why? Do you wake up and go to sleep scrolling through Instagram, TikTok and YouTube? Do you thrive off of creating engaging stories? Do you understand strategy for social and best practices on how to bring it to life? Do you know how to harness and amplify a brand message to create authentic experiences and interactions with our community? Then this is your dream job!
What You’ll Do:
Create, curate, and manage social media content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest as well as introduce trending sites.
Report on performance metrics from every channel, build a content calendar and make recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with digital marketing, creative and product teams to create “in the now” content for social channels
Identify industry trends and determine how they relate back to our brand
Lead community-building efforts by engaging with comments, brand Ambassadors and influencers.

Special Requirements of the Position:
Final candidates will be required to submit samples/online portfolio of their social media work.
Position is based in Ewing, NJ with some travel to Chambersburg, PA and to photoshoots.
