Position : Supervisor, Member Connections

Position Purpose:
Supervise the day to day Member Connections functions, investigate and resolve complex member or provider issues
Ensure timely and quality care to members regarding health benefit questions and issues
Audit and analyze team workflows and results and recommend improvements to management
Review, investigate and resolve issues from internal and external customers
Maintain inventory of member materials for events and home visits
Identifying high risk members and collaborate with case management to strategize outreach to these high utilizers
Shadow new Member Connections Representatives on home visits and audit results to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards
Attend various Member Connections related calls and clinical rounds
Conduct home visits and assist in organizing and staffing member events

Education/Experience:
Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. Bilingual ability preferred. 3+ years of member services, social services, or community outreach experience. Previous experience as a lead in a functional area or managing cross functional teams on large scale projects.
License/Certification:
Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
For Fidelis Care only: NYS driver’s license and proof of insurance preferred but not required.
