The position also requires a thorough understanding of the issues faced by Unemployment Insurance Tax & Benefits Agencies. Having an existing network of industry contacts is a plus. The position will monitor and actively engage the industry exploring potential business opportunities. The successful candidate must have positive relations with state agency personnel and be trusted and respected in the industry.This position is based out of our Headquarters in Centennial, CO.Capabilities:Actively participate in industry groups, professional organizations, and other leadership positions in the industry such as working groups or advisory board members positions.Ideally has relationships within the Unemployment Insurance Tax and Benefits industry and the ability to track key players across the industry.Understands the rules, oversight, and influences of policy for the Unemployment Insurance Tax and Benefits industry at the Federal levelAdvise FAST executives on strategy and market intelligenceMonitor the UI industry for emerging trends and needs.Travel required to attend meetings, conferences, demo’s, and other industry related events.Have an understanding of policy-making processes, including state legislative and regulatory processes, and political dynamicsOccasional travel requiredStarting Salary Range: $120,000-160,000 Annually.
