Job Description : Qualified Warehouse Workers HIRED on the SPOT in East Windsor!!!· Full Time Position2nd. Shift, FULL Time, start time 4pm / – NO Weekends! Monday – Thursday· $18.75hr – $22.50 with productivity pay· Warehouse is located in East Windsor· We are a direct employer.· Weekly Paychecks· Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurances· Short Term Disability, Life, and Critical Illness Insurances· 401k, Vacation Pay, Holiday Premium Pay· Engaging Team EnvironmentUnder the direction of shift supervisor and/or other designated lead personnel the Industrial Athlete assists customers in selecting the inventory needed, by picking the correct cases for each load. While maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and safety by following established policies and procedures.Job Responsibilities: · Maintain work area in clean and hazard free condition· Operate electronic pallet jack (epj, walkie rider) inside distribution center, for floor picking to pallets· Use RF scanner to know what the proper location is and to assign picks to a license plate· Cross-reference Bar code labels to ensure customer accuracy· Pick at a fast pace while maintaining safety· Maintain high level of customer service, appearance and attendance· Must be able to pick accurately (qty, sku)· Other duties as assignedRequired Skills: · Effective English (reading and writing) and math skills is required.· Previous experience within an eCommerce fulfillment operation preferred.· Ability to effectively operate RF units, scanners and CRTs, as well as, perform data entry when necessary is required.· Must be able to successfully pass in-house training program for powered material handling equipment operator’s license, when applicable.· Flexibility (if licensed) to operate all powered material handling equipment to include but not limited to Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ).Drug Free Workplace and Equal Opportunity EmployerMust be eligible to work in US / Eclipse Participates in E-Verify#IND66Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.75 – $22.50 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offReferral programVision insuranceSchedule:10 hour shiftNight shiftExperience:Electric Pallet Jack: 1 year (Preferred)Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
