Disney Streaming is seeking a Workplace Experience Assistant to support the Workplace Experience (WE) Team in our Seattle office. As a WE Assistant, you will support daily operations and program administration, and assist the WE Manager with initiatives to ensure best-in-class experiences in our workplaces. You will play an integral role in providing service to our Disney Streaming team and finding opportunities to create efficiencies in our programs. The right person for this role is service oriented with a passion for employee experiences, superb attention to detail, and a proven track record of seeing projects through from A-Z.
This will be an onsite role in the Downtown Seattle office.
Responsibilities :
Workplace Experience program administration, including answering team member questions, developing internal communication messaging, and completing data entry and audits.
Provide site event support by ordering food and coordinating with onsite vendors.
Lead all day-to-day purchasing of office supplies, snacks, and other necessities for the office.
Support the Workplace Experience Manager with administrative duties, budget tracking, and expense reports.
Lead employee experience initiatives like birthday and anniversary celebrations.
Audit and update internal resources and employee-facing websites.
Assist Facilities team with service tickets and other projects, as needed.
Support the onboarding process by preparing materials, room setup, etc.
Other duties, as assigned
Basic Qualifications :
1+ years of professional experience in a support or service role
Proficiency in MS Outlook and Google Suite
Excitement for building efficiency in a dynamic and constantly evolving work environment
Outstanding verbal and written communication
Experience with event and/or program planning
Ability to work in-person at the downtown Seattle office
Experience using ServiceNow Ticketing System or Envoy
Experience with corporate purchasing
