Owns the relationship, health and satisfaction of the assigned customer markets, utilizing and improving upon current methodology to deliver success aligned with program metrics.
Core activities with customers include presenting service performance, important updates on product/process planning and feature deployments, conducting client training, identifying pain points, and partnering with internal resources to address gaps.
Identifies and builds relationships with customer leaders for collaboration, knowledge obtainment, referencing, and internal and external best practice sharing.
Serve as primary liaison for assigned customer meetings and serves as a consultant to clients to fully leverage services and capabilities.
Ensures the consistent collection and internal dissemination of important customer, and industry information, and serve as an internal subject matter expert.
Assess satisfaction and extract key business needs/issues to address risk. Identify resources and develop and execute plans to address gaps. Manage escalations in detail, routing to the appropriate business area.
Build relationships with customer contacts.
Serve as a leader and escalation point to direct reports (Engagement Managers) supporting BSMH Markets Leaders and external customer groups.
