Our Account Managers are responsible for assessing, planning, and managing the accounts of exclusive territories in order to:Contact assigned commercial & residential customersAssist current customers with options for past-due payments to restore services.Collect outstanding equipment provided by Spectrum (e.g. Internet Routers, Cable Boxes, etc) from current and former customers.Ongoing training and weekly meetings can be done right from your device while you are working.
