Position : Administrative Assistant
Job Description : Administrative Assistant – Sales
FirstFunding, Inc. is growing and is searching for an Administrative Assistant to support the National Sales Manager and marketing team. Responsibilities include managing customer onboarding and managing vendor relationships. This position will also assist in the development of automated processes in Microsoft Dynamics to increase the efficiency of the sales process. This role will have direct access to the executive management team at FirstFunding.

Compensation:
$30 – $35 hourly
Responsibilities:
Customer Management skills
Vendor Management skills
Process Management skills
Maintains sensitive contract agreements and records
Committee Secretary for Executive Management Team, Software Development Team, Customer Review Team
Qualifications:
4 Year College Degree preferred
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System experience is a plus
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics preferred
Ability to multitask, respond quickly to emergent problems, and focus on both long term projects and immediate tasks
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Ability to meet deadlines and milestones defined by management
