This is a great opportunity for strong, experienced leaders looking for a challenging but rewarding career!Responsibilities Of Property Manager:Responsible for all operations of the apartment community and managing in accordance with owner’s objectives.Responsible for operating the budget with the primary objective of increasing the net operating income of the property, maintaining the physical asset, providing for a quality living environment for residents and establishing a positive, productive working relationship with the property staff.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Supervision, training and motivation of staff.Perform written evaluations of all property employees in accordance with company timing guidelines, and provide recommendations for compensation adjustments or promotions. Monitoring and direction of rental activity, all direct on-site marketing, and maintaining an on-going, in-depth knowledge of the associated market.Also responsible for monitoring and direction of property maintenance operations to insure compliance with company standards.Directly responsible for the monitoring and property compliance with all Fair Housing regulations, and compliance with local ordinance and laws as they relate to company or property specific guidelines in occupancy standards, demonstrating at all times firm, fair and consistent administration of all legal and company policies and practices.Responsible for monitoring of all site administration functions and timely and accurate production of all reporting documentation, including variance reporting.By maintaining a current and accurate assessment of the property’s physical condition and operations, Property Manager is responsible for assisting in long range planning for the property.Responsible for the performance of risk management functions on the property. Property Manager is ultimately responsible for occupancy management, production and management of appropriate revenue growth, timely rent collection, policy and procedure compliance and the property’s financial performance, in particular as it compares to the annual operating budget. Complete other tasks or duties that may be assigned as required to facilitate the efficient or safe functioning of the community.
