* The Application Support Tier 1 opportunity is an hourly and hybrid full-time role *
The Support Team is looking for a candidate that recently graduated college or the equal with hands on experience in the technical IT arena to support internal and external customers.
How you will help::
Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
Troubleshoots common issues and directs issues to the appropriate department if further assistance is needed.
Develop strong working relationship with internal support team.
Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation.
Participates in development of client training programs by identifying learning issues;
Who we have in mind::
2 years’ experience in technical phone support.
Basic computer or software problem solving skills.
Proficient with using a PC or a ticketing system.
Good verbal communication skills.
The ability to document customer’s issues correctly.
Experience with talking to customers.
It would be great if you had::
The ideal candidate should have extensive customer service skills and feel comfortable employing these skills in a high-volume call environment. The technical support representative will address customer concerns, complaints and inquiries in a professional and compassionate manner. Representatives should also be able to explain technical aspects to customers using easy-to-understand language.
