Position : Assistant District Manager
Job Description : The position is intended to be almost exclusively as support for the Regional Manager. The Assistant District Manager accomplishes these objectives by actively engaging in the coaching and direction given by the RM to lead GMs and AMs on a day-to-day basis. Focal points include maintaining company standards in food safety, product, and facility specifications, introducing and reinforcing new company products and initiatives, and selecting, training, developing and motivating managerial employees. The Assistant District Manager will perform hands-on operational work as necessary to train new managerial employees, respond to immediate or severe customer service needs or otherwise role model appropriate skills and behaviors in the restaurant. Leads performance management process for all management and hourly employees, ensuring adequate levels of performance feedback, timely performance appraisals, meaningful training and development planning and due process in resolving workplace disputesIdeal Candidate:2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial result Five Guys experience is a plusDesire to be a hands-on teacher, cheerleader, coach and mentor to the crewPossesses and demonstrates a strong owner-like commitment to operations and customer serviceEnjoys working in a fast-paced environmentA creative approach to growing the business (community-engagement, fundraisers, etc.)ServSafe certificationJob Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per yearAbility to commute/relocate:Lynnwood, WA 98087: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: One location
