If you possess excellent written and oral communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and are detail oriented this position is a great fit for you.Requirements:1-2 years of filing experience with the DOB preferably working with New Buildings or familiarity with DOB Now and ability to translate plans to an application.Responsibilities:Assist Project Manager with preparing, circulating, and tracking paperworkUpdating all work in proprietary softwareServing as Project Manager on select NB/Alt1/Alt CO lead filingsNavigating and troubleshooting DOB NowPreparing and attending all kickoff meetingsManaging client expectations by providing realistic timelines for paperwork and approvalJob Type: Full-timePay: $48,000.00 – $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:filing applications at DOB and DOB Now: 1 year (Required)Work Location: One location
