If you are the type of person who feels a sense of accomplishment when you give your customer 100%, especially while doing it at the comfort of your own home, this role might be right for you.What is Required of You: Just as if you were sitting in a traditional call center environment, the main responsibility is to answer back-to-back calls and customer service inquiries during your shift, assisting customers and resolving issues.Assist new customers with setting up Frontpoint security equipment in their home or businessPerform system configuration, account activation and customer orientation, utilizing Frontpoint vendor websitesGuide customers through integration of video cameras with their home broadband networkProvide phone assistance and answers to customers’ questionsEmail product information guides and insurance certificatesProcess additional equipment orders and replacement of defective equipmentDocument all customer interactions in databaseJump in as needed to enhance team effectiveness and customer satisfactionWhat You Bring: To qualify for the position, you must be at least 18 years of age or over and have at least a high school diploma or equivalent. In addition, the Customer Service Rep must be available and willing to work at least one, preferably two weekend days each week.Excellent organizational and administrative skills, Strong ability to multi – task, Positive and professional attitudeHome office that meets minimum qualifications (specific computer requirements, internet, telephone line and headset).
