Job Description : ATM/ARMORED TECHNICIAN (Neighbor Island)Position SummaryThe ATM/Armored Technician is responsible for first line maintenance functions and cashreplenishment of ATM machines and transporting of cash and other liabilities under strictsecurity protocols.Essential Duties and Responsibilities1.Responsible for knowing and complying with all Company procedures, especially those intended to limit liability and to protect the assets of the company.2.Performs first line maintenance and service of ATM machines as required and scheduled, including special situations and malfunctions.3.Performs replenishment and balancing duties of ATM machines.4.Responsible for completing or assisting in the following “vault” duties:oVerify incoming cash from bank vaultoBalance cash in all customer vaults as often as required each dayoEnsure the quality of service and accuracy to meet customer expectationsoPrepare cash manifest for distribution with daily cash bagsoRecord data such as origin, routing, and destination of bagsoDeliver bags for loading onto service truck and verify routing slipsoAssist in verification of incoming cash to vault from ATM’s balanced dailyoReconcile and pack ATM cassettesoPrepare ATM Balance Invoices and other required daily paperworkoVerify and process (roll) coins5.Accurately monitors the daily issue of liability and completes required paperwork and reports as directed.6.Adheres to dual control policies at all times.7.Handles and maintains all company-issued equipment in compliance with Company policies and procedures.8.Adheres to radio protocol and discipline.9.Operates the Company vehicle following all traffic rules and regulations.10.Performs thorough and accurate vehicle and equipment inspections both prior to and immediately after use of a vehicle and ensures the completion of the Driver Inspection Vehicle Report (DVIR) on a daily basis.11.Reports all problems, incidents, and accidents immediately to Dispatch, Operations Manager and/or General Manager and completes any documentation as required.12.Maintains a clean and safe work environment and works harmoniously with team members.13.Understands and complies with the following policies and procedures as described in new hire orientation, annual re-training programs, and any other policies or procedures as identified and deemed necessary:oSexual Harassment & Workplace ViolenceoWork Injury PreventionoDrug Free WorkplaceoCompany House & Safety Rules14.Complies with all Federal, State and local laws as applicable to the scope of their duties and responsibilities.15.Maintains good personal hygiene and a professional appearance at all times and while in uniform, ensures uniform is clean and wrinkle free.16.Performs all duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications21 years of age or older.High School diploma or equivalent.Possess a valid Hawaii State driver’s license (or able to certify that one can be obtained within 3 months) and an acceptable traffic abstract.U.S. citizen (required to meet City and/or County firearms licensing requirements).Able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.Basic math skills to accurately perform the required balancing or reconciliation tasks required of the position.Other QualificationsMust be able to pass a drug test and criminal and credit background check.Must be able to obtain and maintain a Hawaii Guard Card.Must be able to obtain and maintain a license to carry a firearm.Must be able to obtain and maintain additional security access cards (e.g., RapidGate, TWIC, etc.) as needed.ExperienceCash handling, customer service and/or delivery experience preferred.Military experience a plus.Work HoursHours are varied and work schedule requires flexibility for weekends and holidays.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $17.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayOn callWeekend availabilityWork Location: On the road
