Job Description : PRIMARY PURPOSE: To help provide a range of beach services and unique experiences for hotel guests during their stay.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsible for the set up and take down of beach equipment (chairs, towels, cabanas, etc.), monetarization of surfboard rentals, and greeting guests in a pleasant and professional manner. You maintain and upkeep the beach and surrounding area, enforce hotel policies, and regularly check that equipment is functioning properly.Additional responsibilities include answering guest questions, providing solutions to their problems, and ensuring they are having the best possible experience.Other duties include assisting with transportation of beach towels, storing beach property, and delivering authentic experiences to our valued guests.You must have strong communication and listening skills, a high level of responsibility, respect, patience, the ability to work well on a team, and be a proactive problem solver.Physical requirements include the ability to lift at least 30-50 pounds, carry beach chairs across the sand, work outside in any weather condition, and stand the majority of your shift.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $15.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftWeekend availabilityWork Location: One location
