Job Description : Three Trees: The Bay Area’s premier Cannabis delivery service is seeking motivated individuals to join our team!We pride ourselves on carrying connoisseur quality products, providing friendly and efficient customer service, and building teams comprised of motivated professionals to set the bar in the delivery space.Desired qualifications:Excellent customer service skillsA clean driving recordAbility to work well autonomously, and in teamsFamiliarity with cannabis productsProven ability to complete tasks as assigned, in an efficient mannerFlexibility in schedulingExperience performing in a fast paced environmentA willingness to learn new skillsGood problem solving and critical thinking skillsA strong moral compass with a kind dispositionMinimum qualifications:Must have a reliable vehicle with an active auto insurance policy which you are willing to use for this positionMust be 21 years of age or olderA valid driver license and ability to pass a motor vehicle records checkAbility to lift up to 50lbsMust have a smart phone capable of running appsMust have access to emailMust pass a background checkNo experience required. A willingness to learn standard operating procedures and deliver consistent, exceptional customer service is a huge plus! Our drivers report to work in Oakland and travel to their respective delivery zones daily. Reliable transportation is a must.Compensation is competitive and DOE.- $20-$30 per hour once tips and reimbursement are included.- Base pay 16/hr.
