Job Description : Client Success Manager – Aesthetic SalesMy client is a global medical device company that manufactures innovative technologies and solutions that specifically target dermatology and plastic surgery. They are seeking to hire a Client Success Manager responsible for managing the client post sale to assist with equipment installation/set-up and initial training. The Account Manager will ensure clients are aware of the tools and capabilities and available to answer questions and resolve any issues.Responsibilities: Support Sales team and provide client support post salesManage and nurture assigned sales accountsManage client onboarding; equipment set-up, best practices and trainingMentor clients on marketing new product servicesAssist with creation of graphics and postings for social media marketingUpsell; suggest new/additional products and services to existing customersEstablish and maintain existing client relationships that ensure retention and increase businessMaintain product/service knowledge, attend trainings as neededTravel 30% to client sitesRequirements: Degree preferredMin. 2-3+ years’ Sales and/or Account Management experience within Medical SalesIdeally coming from aesthetics, skincare, cosmeticsStrong Communication & Presentation skillsExcellent Analytical & Organizational skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritizeProficient in Microsoft Office suiteAbility to travel within territory as neededOffering: Base Salary $80,000Year 1 @ plan $100,000 – $130,000Uncapped Commissions (upselling, selling consumables)Travel Expenses (Car, Phone, Travel)Benefit PackageDirect Sales Recruiting, LLC, (DSR) and DirectHR are National Recruitment organizations partnering with National, Regional and Local Clients to bring qualified candidates a career and a future.
